The Housing Company has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician at the following locations: Mercy Creek Apartments in Nampa, Idaho, Canyon Terrace Apartments in Nampa, Idaho, Cleveland Square and Moon Valley Apartments in Caldwell and Star, Idaho, Hazel Park Apartments in Caldwell, Idaho. No prior experience necessary! We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
- Availability for after-hours emergency maintenance calls (company phone provided)
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

Responsibilities
- Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings
- Complete apartment turns efficiently and to high standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Maintain an inventory of supplies and tools
- Perform seasonal tasks (e.g., mowing, snow/ice removal)
- Other duties as assigned
