About The Position
This part-time position is responsible for performing various building maintenance repairs, upgrades, and service items. The role also includes completing light grounds work such as trash disposal and curb sweeping. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for safety compliance and maintaining a courteous manner during all guest interactions.
Requirements
- Must read, write, and speak English.
- Prior general electrical experience.
- Prior general plumbing experience.
- Prior general HVAC experience.
- Prior general carpentry experience.
- Prior general painting experience.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally; 50 lbs frequently.
- Must have full range of motion in arms, hands, fingers, and legs to stoop, crawl, walk, bend, push, pull, reach, and lift as required by various job duties.
