About The Position

Culver’s is hiring a skilled, self-motivated Maintenance Technician to keep our restaurant running smoothly. This is a hands-on, purely maintenance-focused role — no customer service, no floor duties. You’ll work independently during morning hours, knock out repairs and upkeep before the lunch rush, and be done with your day by 10–11 AM. Perfect for tradespeople who want their afternoons back.

Requirements

Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing quality work
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving skills and sharp attention to detail
Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions
Available mornings; most work should be wrapped by 10–11 AM

Responsibilities

General repairs throughout the restaurant — fixtures, hardware, and more
Service kitchen equipment to ensure reliable day-to-day operation
Basic plumbing repairs and upkeep
Patch, prep, and paint walls and surfaces as needed
Maintain HVAC units and restaurant equipment
Power wash and clean exterior areas, awnings, and rooftop equipment
Maintain exterior landscaping — mulching, bed upkeep, and trash & debris cleanup
Replace or repair exhaust fans, hoods, and ventilation components
Routine walkthroughs to catch maintenance needs before they become problems
Assist with truck order days — organizing and putting away inventory (2–3x per week)
