About The Position

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for completing a variety of basic maintenance tasks across multiple locations. This includes, but is not limited to, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, appliance/equipment installation and maintenance, construction, and minor automotive repair. The role requires the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and complete work orders and special projects independently, effectively, and cost-consciously with minimal direct supervision. Providing polite, professional customer service is essential to maintain good working relationships. The technician will also respond to on-call emergency maintenance needs on nights and weekends in rotation with the team and perform preventative maintenance, including HVAC filters and tablets, septic and water systems, vehicle fluids, and light bulb replacement. Minor repairs and troubleshooting of company vehicles, as well as transporting vehicles for repair or use at various facilities, are also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 2+ years construction, maintenance or similar experience required
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing
• All basic tools used for general maintenance projects supplied by technician
• Previous working experience utilizing large rented equipment (Bobcat, trench digger, jackhammer, cherry picker, etc.) and basic office equipment
• Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship now or in the future

Nice To Haves

• HVAC certification preferred
• Electrical, plumbing or small motor vehicle certification preferred

Responsibilities
