About The Position

Quest, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for completing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and operational. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently and providing excellent customer service to our staff. This position also requires responding to on-call emergency maintenance needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 2+ years construction, maintenance or similar experience required
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing
• All basic tools used for general maintenance projects supplied by technician
• Previous working experience utilizing large rented equipment (Bobcat, trench digger, jackhammer, cherry picker, etc.) and basic office equipment
• Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship now or in the future

Nice To Haves

• HVAC certification preferred
• Electrical, plumbing or small motor vehicle certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete basic maintenance tasks including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, appliance/equipment install & maintenance, construction, minor automotive repair, etc.
• Coordinate, prioritize and complete work orders and special projects independently, effectively and in a cost-conscious manner with minimal direct supervision.
• Providing polite, professional customer service in order to maintain a good working relationship with all operational staff and management.
• Respond to on-call emergency maintenance needs on nights and weekends in rotation with maintenance team.
• Perform preventative maintenance at all locations including but not limited to HVAC filters and tablets, septic and water systems, vehicle fluids, light bulb replacement, etc.
• Complete minor repairs and troubleshooting of company vehicles. Transport vehicles for repairs or use at various facilities.
