About The Position

Pregis is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for their night shift in Sussex, WI. This role focuses on keeping cutting-edge converting, printing, and extruding equipment running at peak performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving complex electrical and mechanical challenges and will perform a wide range of advanced maintenance tasks with a focus on electrical troubleshooting and equipment reliability.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and use measuring instruments
• Proficiency with computer systems including Excel
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with SAP
• Lean manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical/electronic systems and components
• Programming PLCs and installing new machinery
• Performing preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment
• Managing parts inventory and sourcing materials
• Supporting special projects and ensuring timely completion
• Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to root cause analysis
• Promoting safety and reporting any unsafe conditions
• Assisting other departments and cross-training team members
