About The Position
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting general facility and equipment maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively, including talking and hearing.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Requires peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment to meet daily operational requirements while supporting safety, quality, and cost objectives.
- Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Clean, lubricate, and adjust equipment components to maintain optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and complete timely repairs.
- Assist with equipment installation and perform changeovers as needed.
- Enter, update, and track maintenance work orders on a scheduled basis.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
