About The Position
Fore Property Company, a privately held growing national development and property management company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our luxury apartment community, located in Phoenix, AZ. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for work orders, apartment maintenance and repair, turning vacant apartments, maintaining property grounds and common areas, and any other duties assigned by the business manager and supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years previous multifamily maintenance experience required.
- Skilled in repair and maintenance of household appliances, air conditioning/heating, painting/drywall, plumbing, and minor electrical.
- Ability to communicate clearly with staff and residents, both in writing and verbally.
- Must operate specialized tools.
- Must be able to lift objects weighing 50lbs or above regularly.
- Valid Driver’s License and own tools.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC /CPO Certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Handle work orders.
- Perform apartment maintenance and repair.
- Turn vacant apartments.
- Maintain property grounds and common areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the business manager and supervisor.
