About The Position

The Maintenance Technician helps maintain the grounds, facilities, and amenities of the Condominium and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. This role requires the ability to speak and understand English, drywall repair experience, and the ability to work as part of a team. Approximately 95% of this position is performed outdoors, with typical duties including painting and pressure washing.

Requirements

• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Must have drywall repair experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed.
• Ability to lift 50lbs. following appropriate safety procedures.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
