Village Green is seeking a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician to join their team at Element Valley West Apartments. This role involves assisting with the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents. Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, and painting.
- General computer knowledge.
- Available for on-call responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
Nice To Haves
- 1-3 years of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in plumbing, contracting, builder certification, or related licenses is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Completing service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
- Appliance repair and replacement
- Painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry
- Preparing apartments for new residents(turns/make-eadies)
- Maintaining building systems and common areas
- Assisting with preventative maintenance programs
- Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance.
