About The Position

This role involves maintaining all manufacturing process equipment and facilities at maximum efficiency, both mechanically and electrically. Requirements

Six (6) years of experience with the maintenance of industrial process and facility equipment.
Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Good understanding of AC and DC circuits as well as PLC logic commonly used on manufacturing process equipment.
Experience in the operation of all hand tools, hoists, and welding equipment.
Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and blueprints.
Trade school diploma or equivalent experience.
Physically able to lift 70 lbs., climb steps, and get into awkward positions and small areas to make repairs.

Responsibilities

Maintains all manufacturing process equipment and facilities at maximum efficiency, both mechanically and electrically.
Diagnose and correct mechanical and electrical issues in process equipment and facility systems.
Assemble, construct, rebuild, revise, and calibrate process machines and their related equipment.
Inspect, test, analyze, and record process and facility equipment.
Set up and operate machine tools.
