About The Position
Concord Hospitality is hiring a part-time Maintenance Technician for Springhill Suites by Marriott Columbus Easton. The role is part of the hotel’s engineering team and focuses on keeping equipment in good working order through routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks. The technician also assists with building and grounds maintenance, helps maintain a safe environment for guests and staff, provides courteous service to guests, and supports other departments when needed. The role requires knowledge of emergency procedures and Job Safety Analysis guides.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Keep equipment in good working order through routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
- Assist the Chief Engineer and other team members with building and grounds maintenance.
- Meet safety standards to provide a safe environment for hotel guests and staff.
- Provide professional, courteous service and accommodate guest requests.
- Assist other departments when needed.
- Know all emergency procedures and be aware of Job Safety Analysis guides.
