About The Position

Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely, organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
- Keep the linen cart neat, well stocked, and organized.
- Report guest-room areas needing attention, including fixtures, door locks, televisions, and HVAC.
- Maintain security of issued equipment, keys, and supplies.
- Report lost-and-found articles to a supervisor.
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
