About The Position

Gross Residential is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day preventative maintenance, maintenance requests, unit turnovers, and the general upkeep of residential apartment buildings. The role calls for a team player with superior customer service skills. Duties include an on-call and weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to work orders in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins.
• Maintain building interiors and exteriors.
• Perform grounds upkeep.
• Install and troubleshoot appliances.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures.
• Perform basic HVAC maintenance.
• Participate in an on-call and weekend rotation.
• Communicate with residents and others to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
