About The Position

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our Ocoee, FL team. In this role, you’ll help keep our facility, equipment, and building systems operating safely and efficiently while supporting the overall upkeep and day-to-day needs of the location. As a Maintenance Technician, you will complete assigned maintenance service requests, support preventative maintenance activities, monitor facility systems, and assist with special projects as directed. You’ll also help coordinate work performed by outside contractors and communicate promptly with leaders about unusual occurrences, damage, or facility concerns.

Requirements

• Ability to work cooperatively with others in a team environment
• Welding experience
• Forklift maintenance experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in work assignments
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, leaders, vendors, and contractors
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends, as business needs require
• Candidates should not have lifting restrictions and must be comfortable working at heights

Nice To Haves

• Prior painting, sanding, and machining experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned maintenance service requests accurately and timely
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance activities
• Monitor, maintain, and help troubleshoot assigned building systems
• Coordinate and assist with special projects as directed by leadership
• Assist in monitoring work performed by outside contractors
• Work within established expense limits and follow company procedures
• Carry a company cell phone as required for on-call maintenance needs
• Alert leaders to unusual occurrences, equipment concerns, facility damage, or safety issues
• Maintain professional, courteous communication with vendors, contractors, leaders, and coworkers
• Follow all company, local, city, state, and federal safety guidelines
