About The Position
A Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and repair of buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient environment. This role involves routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and responding to repair requests across various facility systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.
Requirements
- Experience in building, equipment, and systems maintenance.
- Skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural repairs.
- Ability to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Capability to respond to repair requests effectively.
Responsibilities
- Routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on various facility systems.
- Respond to repair requests for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.
- Ensure a safe, functional, and efficient environment.
Benefits
- 401(k) eligibility starting the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
