About The Position

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and repair of buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient environment. This role involves routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and responding to repair requests across various facility systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.

Requirements

  • Experience in building, equipment, and systems maintenance.
  • Skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural repairs.
  • Ability to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Capability to respond to repair requests effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on various facility systems.
  • Respond to repair requests for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.
  • Ensure a safe, functional, and efficient environment.

Benefits

  • 401(k) eligibility starting the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
