Requirements

  • 2+ years of maintenance experience in apartments, commercial facilities, hotels, or skilled trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
  • Working knowledge in at least two core trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, or carpentry).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including on-call rotations (approximately one week per month).
  • Reliable transportation for emergency response.
  • Physically able to lift and move equipment.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality service to residents with a focus on first-time fix and customer satisfaction.
  • Complete apartment turns efficiently to meet move-in deadlines.
  • Diagnose and repair issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general carpentry.
  • Support preventative maintenance efforts to reduce recurring service requests.
  • Mentor junior technicians or assist with training as needed.
  • Assist with vendor oversight and unit inspections when required.
