Requirements

2+ years of maintenance experience in apartments, commercial facilities, hotels, or skilled trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Working knowledge in at least two core trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, or carpentry)
Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including on-call rotations (approximately one week per month)
Reliable transportation for emergency response
Physically able to lift and move equipment
Ability to read, write, and speak English

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality service to residents with a focus on first-time fix and customer satisfaction
Complete apartment turns efficiently to meet move-in deadlines
Diagnose and repair issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general carpentry
Support preventative maintenance efforts to reduce recurring service requests
Mentor junior technicians or assist with training as needed
Assist with vendor oversight and unit inspections when required
