About The Position

This role is for a Maintenance Technician in Navasota, TX. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of maintenance/mechanical or related work experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Reliable/Dependable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to consistently work long hours, including evenings, weekends, or Holidays if needed.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills for completing work orders, maintenance logs, or other activities.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortably work at heights of more than 50ft.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot faulty equipment and determine repair procedures.
• Perform repairs on mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and combustion equipment.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM) services on facility equipment.
• Operate powered industrial equipment such as Forklifts, Vertical Scissor Lifts, and Aerial Man Lifts.
• Attain/maintain certifications (e.g., LOTO, Working at heights) in accordance with Company/HSE policy.
• Utilize fabrication tools safely and correctly, including Oxygen/Acetylene Torch, Plasma Cutter, Grinders, and MIG/Stick welding.
• Utilize safe habits and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Comply with all company and HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Perform other appropriate duties as assigned by management.
