About The Position

BULL MOOSE TUBE COMPANY, a progressive organization dedicated to meeting our customers perception of quality, has a career opportunity for a Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical and general mechanical background at our Masury, Ohio manufacturing site. Prior production experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is desired. Excellent benefits and compensation are available. Requirements

  • Must be skilled as an industrial mechanic.
  • Should be familiar with PLC's, motor controls, sensors, limit switches and electro/mechanical systems, and 3-phase 480vt equipment:
  • Should have strong mechanical aptitude and trouble-shooting abilities
  • Apply electrical theory t test and troubleshoot machinery and heavy equipment (i.e. DC Drives, ladder logic, PLC programming, and SCR Controls)
  • Diagnose and correct electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions
  • Plan, direct, and record maintenance standards: recommend or initiate modification or replacement of faulty equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior production experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is desired.
  • welding experience is considered a plus.

Responsibilities
