Real Alloy is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. Requirements

2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment
Excellent Attendance; Dependability
Good positive attitude

Ability to operate power equipment
Ability to work as a team and independently with little supervision; teamwork
Strong written and oral communication skills; respectful communication

Nice To Haves

Industrial maintenance background preferred
PLC experience is a plus
Foundry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform all maintenance related duties including new installations, trouble-shooting, welding etc.
Work from elevated levels, operating mobile equipment, and hand and power tools.
Understand pertinent diagnostic tools, and read/understand blueprints.
Diagnose and correct problems.
Install, repair, inspect, test, calibrate, adjust, maintain, modify, construct, clean and service Electrical/electronic/pneumatic, recording/control systems.
Plan working procedures using prints, drawings, diagrams, manuals and codes.
Perform layout, assembly, and wiring of component parts in installation, replacement and repair of systems.
Conduct and record tests such as temperature and combustion surveys.
Erect and remove ladders and scaffolding used in connection with work; operate required material handling equipment/vehicles.
Keep necessary records and logs such as Maintenance work orders, calibration and calculation records.
Follow all safety rules, and company policies.
