About The Position

Timberland Crestbruck Park I & II is hiring a Maintenance Technician for their 240-unit property in Ankeny, IA. This role is key in providing an outstanding living experience for residents by taking ownership of general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance.

Requirements

2+ years of general maintenance experience
EPA universal license for HVAC preferred
CPO license preferred
Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, all major appliances including washer and dryer
Strong customer service skills
High school diploma or GED
Basic computer proficiency preferred

Nice To Haves

Residential maintenance experience preferred
EPA universal license for HVAC preferred
CPO license preferred
Basic computer proficiency preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver timely, high-quality results for resident work requests and day-to-day community maintenance needs.
Keep grounds, amenities, and common areas above quality standards, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Identify and resolve potential safety or upkeep issues.
Execute seamless make-readies, repairs, and final checks for new residents.
Provide reliable emergency support on a rotating on-call schedule.
Champion a culture of safety by following all industry procedures.
