About The Position
We’re seeking a talented Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team at a state-of-the-art bottling facility in Milwaukee, WI. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly by maintaining and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and automated systems. As a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll directly support production efficiency, equipment reliability, and overall plant performance.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical and manufacturing experience
- Ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects for an extended amount of time
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to follow all safety guidelines for all, hand tools, power tools, processing, packaging, pneumatic, hydraulic equipment.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical schematics
- Ability to be proficient using CMMS system
- Ability to work successfully with all maintenance, and operations personnel.
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools and equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and components
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, and automated systems throughout the facility
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues on production equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability
- Partner closely with production teams to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency
- Respond quickly and effectively to technical issues to keep production on track
