About The Position
Envolve Community Management owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. Currently, Envolve is searching for a Maintenance Technician to work at Mesa Place Townhomes in El Paso, TX. The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical as well as assist the Maintenance Supervisor.
Requirements
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Must have own tools.
- Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
- Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Reliable Transportation Required.
- Must pass Background Screening and Drug Test.
Nice To Haves
- 3 plus years of Maintenance Technician experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs.
- Apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, and basic carpentry.
- Perform general maintenance repairs that may arise.
- Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
- Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
