About The Position

Performs maintenance functions for all manufacturing and related support equipment, grounds and facilities. This includes installation, troubleshooting, repair, servicing, and cleaning of equipment. The role supports and participates in ongoing TPM & TQM practices, follows maintenance schedules, and maintains service records. Adherence to plant and departmental safety, operating, and housekeeping procedures is required. Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Mechanical & electrical maintenance skills (must provide proof of experience)
• Positive attitude toward teamwork & performing work assignments
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated & self-directed, requiring minimal supervision
• Willing to work overtime as needed, including weekends, holidays, and other shift(s)
• Accept and complete company paid training as available and deemed necessary
• Must be able to use and understand a multimeter
• Must be comfortable working with heights
• Must have a good attendance record
• Basic computer skills/knowledge

Responsibilities

• Installation, troubleshooting, repairs of all manufacturing & related equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of plant equipment and work areas
• Learn & utilize computer skills as it pertains to specific equipment and departmental scheduling & record keeping
• Practice lock-out / tag-out procedures
• Maintain inventory of supplies and spare components
• Participate in and support process improvement programs
