About The Position

Responsible for keeping machinery running and supporting continuous production. Duties include setting up, adjusting, and maintaining production equipment. Must use SAP to complete work orders, documentation, and preventive maintenance. Must be able to understand labels, read recipes, follow instructions, and communicate effectively. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of welding, hydraulics, electricity, pneumatics, and power transmission
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
• Ability to stand for 8–12 hours
• Willingness to complete all required training
• 6 months industrial maintenance experience and/or general experience
• Prior Employee Waiting Period: If you were previously employed at Tyson, there’s a 181-day waiting period before you can reapply.
• Number of Times Worked at Tyson: You can apply if you’ve worked at Tyson no more than three times.
