About The Position

Join the Sun Realty team as a Maintenance Technician for a full-time, year-round position. Sun Realty has been a leader in vacation rental houses for over 46 years, and this role is crucial for maintaining the exceptional condition of homeowners’ investment properties. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring properties remain in top-notch condition, handling troubleshooting and repairs to keep everything running smoothly.

Requirements

• 2+ years of valuable experience in general maintenance.
• Basic carpentry skills.
• A valid driver's license for at least 3 years with a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Basic knowledge of residential plumbing.
• Hearing, speaking, and physical stamina required.
• Ability to read, comprehend, write legibly, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift 50-85+ pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced carpentry skills.
• Drywall & finishing/texture experience.
