About The Position

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the team at The Bower Apartments in Kirkland, Washington. The ideal candidate has experience across all trades and is strongly customer-service focused. The role includes maintaining apartment community grounds, offices, and common areas; completing maintenance service requests; repairing appliances; painting; preparing apartment turnovers; and responding to emergency calls. The position requires reliable transportation and availability for an on-call rotation. Employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience is preferred, ideally at a 200-unit property.
• Experience in all trades, including plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning, is required.
• Customer service attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability to work an on-call rotation.
• Must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances.
• Paint and prepare apartments for turnovers.
• Take emergency calls.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
