About The Position
The Maintenance Technician position provides maintenance support for the Gateway Tower apartment building, apartments, and offices. The primary responsibility is to ensure the timely completion of all assigned maintenance duties and other tasks. Duties include performing repairs, preparing units, and completing preventive maintenance. Other duties or tasks may be found as needed.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Apartment maintenance experience
- Must pass and maintain Minnesota Background Study clearance
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
