Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance
- Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
- Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents
- Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto-insurance
- Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position
- Valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto-insurance
- Willing to work at a different location every day
Responsibilities
- Service locations in Findlay and Lima: Crystal Glen, Ridge View, Glenwood Village and Willow Lake
- Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, pool care, and groundskeeping tasks
- Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents
- Complete work orders quickly and with high-quality results
- Address emergencies as situations arise or while on-call (on-call as needed when filling-in, servicing multiple locations)
