About The Position

This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on various equipment and systems. The technician will conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations. They will respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency. Understanding robot functions, weld adjustments, jig adjustments, and fabrication is crucial. The position also requires maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, and general document maintenance. A general concept of automation and the ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems are necessary.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Industrial maintenance or five (5) years’ experience.
  • TIG/MIG welding and possess mechanical knowledge to perform repairs on equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical drawings, including Mitsubishi PLC programs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.
  • Use of an electrical meter.
  • Experience with Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Motoman, Panasonic robots.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well with others and unsupervised.
  • Good work ethic.
  • Maintain good attendance.
