About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician on our team, you keep our Greensboro facility running smoothly every single day! Working alongside our Facility Manager, your day-to-day as a Building Maintenance Technician will include: Handling minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs (filters, belts, lighting ballasts, sinks, outlets, and breakers). Performing general building upkeep, painting, structural repairs, and routine preventive maintenance. Operating as a versatile Facilities Technician to troubleshoot issues, complete digital work orders, and fix potential safety hazards. Maintaining company vehicles, using hand and power tools safely, and following all lockout/tagout safety protocols.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1+ years building maintenance experience
Basic HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills
Valid driver's license
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a maintenance role.
Working knowledge of basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry trades.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, safely climb ladders, and use hand/power tools.
A great attitude, clear communication skills, and willingness to share on-call rotation.
