About The Position
Blue Flame Management is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for the Hampton Inn Dupont. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in maintenance is preferred.
- Experience with HVAC.
- Experience with electrical systems.
- Experience with pool maintenance.
- Experience with boiler/chiller maintenance.
- Experience with plumbing.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks and assignments as instructed.
- Execute, maintain, and complete the preventive maintenance program.
- Monitor work orders effectively utilizing the Quore program to ensure public spaces and guest rooms are properly maintained.
- Complete assigned work orders efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain property grounds and curb appeal.
