All shelter staff are expected to uphold BCS's commitment to equity, cultural humility, and client-centered care. The Maintenance Technician performs a broad range of skilled maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the safe, clean, and functional operation of the family shelter facility.
