Requirements
- Hands-on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility environment.
- Pride in work product.
- Good communication and interaction skills with team members and residents.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance tasks including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation.
- Address and resolve maintenance issues reported by residents.
- Conduct unit turnovers.
- Carry out asset preservation objectives.
- Respond to emergency repairs.
- Maintain and preserve the apartment community.
- Ensure a high standard of living for residents.
