About The Position

GL Partners Management (GLPM), the management affiliate of GL Capital Partners, is seeking a temporary Service Technician for Harmony at Willow Springs in Fort Collins, Colorado. GLPM is a vertically integrated multifamily investment platform operating across the Western United States, with a people-centered management philosophy emphasizing accountability and long-term performance. The Service Technician supports community maintenance operations by handling service requests, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and general property upkeep. The role contributes to safe, welcoming, well-maintained communities through quality workmanship, responsive resident service, clear communication, and adherence to OSHA safety standards and company policies. This is a temporary three-month position.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance systems.
Strong work ethic and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Valid driver’s license required.

Nice To Haves

Previous maintenance, facilities, construction, or multifamily experience preferred.
HVAC certification or related technical certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Complete service requests and repairs in a timely, professional manner.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, and general maintenance issues.
Assist with apartment turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance programs.
Maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas to high standards.
Support inventory organization, shop cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
Provide excellent resident service through clear communication and professionalism.
Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies.
