We’re looking for a dependable and service-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance operations of a luxury condominium community. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role plays a key part in keeping common areas and residential units operating smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Requirements

General maintenance experience or strong mechanical aptitude.
Willingness to be on-call or respond to after-hours emergencies.
Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.
Proficiency in use of hand tools and power tools
Should know how to use volt/ohm meter properly
Sheetrock, caulking, and paint experience
Doors/hardware repair experience
Understand and operate a power-washer
Grasp of basic plumbing and electric systems and repairs
Introductory understanding of HVAC is preferred, knowledge of electric heaters is a plus
CFC license is not required

Nice To Haves

Swimming pool- CPO preferred but willing to train/certify
Previous high-rise, apartment or hotel experience preferred but not required
Basic customer service and communication skills
Prior experience in residential facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs in common areas and residential units.
Handle entry-level tasks including light plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, drywall patching, carpentry, and lock repairs.
Assist with HVAC-related tasks such as filter replacement and basic inspections.
Support move-ins and move-outs by preparing common areas and assisting with logistics.
Escort vendors and contractors, operate freight elevators as needed, and conduct walkthroughs before and after work is completed.
Assist with general building upkeep, porter duties, and package handling when needed.
Serve as backup support to the Maintenance Supervisor when required.
