Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Two years maintenance experience in an industrial production environment
  • Background in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical system required.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to work safely, take initiative, multi-task, and work both independently and as a part of a team.
  • Strong electrical background
  • PLC troubleshooting and programming basics
  • Servo drive and motor maintenance
  • Mechanical and hydraulic system knowledge
  • Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve PLC-related issues; Read and interpret ladder logic and control diagrams
  • Understand and work with three-phase and single-phase systems (480V, 208V, 110V); Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs safely
  • Troubleshoot and maintain servo motors and drive systems; Configure and calibrate motor control systems
  • Maintain and repair mechanical machinery; Understand bearings, chains, trimming mechanisms, and gear systems
  • Troubleshoot pumps, valves, and hydraulic circuits; Perform preventive maintenance on hydraulic equipment
  • Execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans; Apply 5 Whys methodology for root cause analysis
