About The Position

Hamilton INH has been in business for over 40 years and currently manages 8,000+ units across Minnesota and Iowa. Due to Hamilton INH's recent growth, we are seeking a full-time, mid-level experienced Maintenance Technician that will take pride in making our apartment community a great place to live!

Requirements

Dry walling including painting and carpentry
Working knowledge of plumbing
Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
Time Management skills
A valid Driver's License is Required
Reliable, experienced, and have a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

2+ years in multi-family housing preferred
HVAC certification strongly preferred
EPA certification strongly preferred
Boilers special is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Miscellaneous Maintenance & Carpentry
Grounds upkeep and snow removal
Interior painting
Plumbing
Janitorial to keep our community looking impeccable
Cleaning/maintaining common areas
Responding to work orders in a timely manner
Communicating professionally with residents when fulfilling maintenance requests
Working as a team to maintain our communities to the highest standard
Attending and engaging in weekly meetings to discuss upcoming move-ins, move-outs, and overall team expectations
Working closely with the housekeeping team to ensure apartments are ready for all move-ins
All other duties required to create a great living environment for our residents.
