Morgan Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to support our 504-unit apartment community in Tonawanda, NY. This is an opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and taking pride in delivering high-quality work. You’ll partner closely with the Service Manager to keep the community running smoothly while creating a positive experience for our residents. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, responsive, and committed to doing the job right.
Requirements
- Active, valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently while supporting a team
Nice To Haves
- HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
- 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and complete service repairs including HVAC, general appliance repair, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance needs.
- Maintain interior and exterior areas while ensuring compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and applicable laws.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to resident service requests and assigned work orders.
- Communicate professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs, updates, and follow-up needs.
- Complete preventative maintenance and support the overall appearance, functionality, and success of the community.
- Provide exceptional service while helping residents feel proud to call their community home.

- Base Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour
