About The Position
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician (Janitorial Duties)! In this role, you'll help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming community by performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, apartment turns, and janitorial services throughout the property.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance or janitorial experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors.
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Complete routine maintenance and minor repairs.
- Perform apartment make-ready duties.
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, offices, and grounds.
- Assist with trash removal, light landscaping, and snow/ice removal (if applicable).
- Respond to work orders in a timely manner.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
