About The Position
Morgan Properties is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician for a 631-unit apartment community in Devon, PA. This role is responsible for maintaining apartment homes, responding to service requests, and supporting property operations.
Requirements
- 1+ year of maintenance or service technician experience (apartment, residential, or similar environment preferred)
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to respond to on-call emergencies within a reasonable distance
Nice To Haves
- EPA / HVAC certification
- Prior experience in multifamily or apartment maintenance
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues, including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
- Complete service requests accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards and safety requirements
- Prepare apartments for new residents (unit turns) as needed
- Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates
