We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Atlanta Plant. Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with boiler maintenance preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Must supply personal tools necessary for job performance.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair automated industrial equipment.
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on machinery and facility infrastructure.
  • Conduct building maintenance and support a robust preventative maintenance program.
  • Complete work orders accurately and efficiently using our maintenance tracking system.
  • Fabricate, modify, or repair equipment parts using industrial maintenance knowledge.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide repairs and installations.
  • Install and maintain utility lines (steam, water, air, gas, condensate), including soldering, pipe threading, and conduit work.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Document all work performed, including time sheets, work orders, and request forms.
  • Wear appropriate PPE and complete all required safety training.
  • Support initiatives to reduce utility usage and waste.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations.
