We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Atlanta Plant. Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
Experience with boiler maintenance preferred.
Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Must supply personal tools necessary for job performance.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair automated industrial equipment.
Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on machinery and facility infrastructure.
Conduct building maintenance and support a robust preventative maintenance program.
Complete work orders accurately and efficiently using our maintenance tracking system.
Fabricate, modify, or repair equipment parts using industrial maintenance knowledge.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide repairs and installations.
Install and maintain utility lines (steam, water, air, gas, condensate), including soldering, pipe threading, and conduit work.
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Document all work performed, including time sheets, work orders, and request forms.
Wear appropriate PPE and complete all required safety training.
Support initiatives to reduce utility usage and waste.
Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations.
