About The Position
Peak Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team at their properties, Devonshire & Lyndon Crossings, which total over 470 units in Louisville, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers and must have maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance. This position requires an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Maintenance experience
- Technical and HVAC understanding
- Electronic troubleshooting
- Equipment maintenance
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional above standard service to all customers.
- Perform maintenance tasks including technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
