About The Position

In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing maintenance of the facility and production equipment to ensure our plants can add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You’ll be responsible for the installation, ongoing maintenance, and necessary repairs for the facility and the production equipment. You will work with a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and controls. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of industrial maintenance experience
  • Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow instructions
  • Basic computer, math, and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
  • Must be a team player and willing to collaborate with plant personnel
  • Ability and willingness to learn and grow within the role

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years’ experience working in an industrial maintenance setting
  • Ability to read, follow, and modify electrical prints, engineering drawings, and technical manuals.
  • Prior experience in mechanical and electrical equipment competencies including 480V 3-phase, HVAC, boilers, motor control systems, PLC/automation, conveyors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, basic fabrication, and CMMS systems
  • Familiarity of industrial instrumentation/process control

  • Reliable and consistent attendance and work performance
  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on plant equipment
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair machinery issues to ensure machinery uptime
  • Perform in-field modifications to machinery and facility infrastructure
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance work, parts, calibrations, and testing
  • Effectively communicate across all departments and shifts
  • Prioritize work requirements and demands to ensure plant success
