About The Position
The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance, repair, and preventive-maintenance work to support the safe and efficient operation of Ole Miss Athletics facilities, equipment, and property.

Responsibilities
- Maintains accurate records of inspections, work performed, preventive-maintenance activities, parts used, and service referrals.
- Assists with event-related facility preparation, setup, teardown, and repair needs for athletic competitions, practices, camps, and departmental events, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Supports a safe, clean, and functional environment for student-athletes, coaches, staff, guests, and visitors by following applicable safety procedures, University policies, and departmental standards.
- Collaborates with Athletics Facilities, University Facilities Management, contractors, and other campus partners to coordinate maintenance projects and address facility needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned in support of Ole Miss Athletics facilities and operations.
