About The Position

This is a full-time position requiring approximately 30 hours per week, with shifts typically starting between 12 PM and 1 PM and extending to closing time. The role involves travel between the Glenville, Schenectady, and Lally (Glenville Daycare Center) facilities. The position offers an Early Wage Access (EWA) program, allowing employees to access a portion of their earned wages on demand.

Requirements

• 3-5 years prior experience in maintenance and repair work.
• Excellent human relation skills and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Basic understanding of the upkeep and care of equipment.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire)
• New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire)

Nice To Haves

• Certified Pool Operator certification preferred.
