About The Position

ADM Milling is seeking a high-potential individual to join our Maintenance Department as a Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time, hourly position on the 1st shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) with an on-call weekend rotation. We offer weekly pay and benefits that start on day one. The role involves installing and maintaining machinery and equipment, operating various tools, troubleshooting mechanical and pneumatic systems, and repairing mechanical drive systems and material systems. Fabrication skills are also a key part of the role. Requirements

Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc), lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Willing to work weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime if needed
Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed
Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude
Basic welding, layout and fabrication skills
Experience with V-belt and Chain drive systems
Machine troubleshooting and repair skills
Experience with 480 volt – 3 phase motor circuits
Hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge a plus
