About The Position

ADM Milling is seeking a high-potential individual to join their Maintenance Department as a full-time, hourly Maintenance Technician in Beech Grove, IN. This position is responsible for installing and maintaining machinery and equipment, operating various tools, troubleshooting mechanical failures, and performing repairs and fabrication. The role emphasizes a commitment to safety, regular attendance, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Candidates must be able to meet the physical demands of the job and be willing to work weekends, holidays, and be on-call as needed.

Requirements

Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc), lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Willing to work weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime if needed
Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed
Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude
Basic welding, layout and fabrication skills
Experience with V-belt and Chain drive systems
Machine troubleshooting and repair skills
Experience with 480 volt – 3 phase motor circuits
