About The Position

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspecting and addressing maintenance issues, conducting routine inspections, documenting work, and resolving guest complaints to ensure maintenance standards are met and guest satisfaction is maintained. This role also involves adhering to company policies and relevant federal laws.

Requirements

Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be available to working some holidays, weekends, and work the emergency after hours schedule.

Nice To Haves

1 year of maintenance experience preferred but not required.
Experience within the field preferred.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly inspect any reported maintenance issues to ensure maintenance standards are met.
Update appropriate team members of the status of each maintenance call.
Conduct routine maintenance inspections.
Document work orders on a computer.
Document the results of inspections, resolve deficiencies, and write work orders for larger maintenance issues.
Inspect for any damages and immediately report to the manager.
Maintain key control policies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Promptly resolve any guest complaints or issues.
Effectively communicate to other team members.
Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Other duties as assigned.
